Yes I’d say mostly the crew are always pretty cold and they don’t seem fully hospitable at all. I’ve heard stories such as hot tea being thrown on a pax and there being no apology, crew gossiping about a specific pax as well. All in all, TK crew are pretty average

I’d agree! I think most European carriers are pretty good in terms of up-keeping their cabins. In terms of “propaganda” it was a joke. I find it odd that airlines advertise especially airlines such as Croatia as passengers onboard are mostly if not all having Croatia as their final destination. What would have been better is at least a consistent moving map or even some shows 🤷🏻‍♂️

Definitely not! I’m 6ft and I had a standard seat and had plenty of space. Save the money for a lounge or for souvenirs!

I’d definitely recommend trying out AeroLopa. Try and match the seatmap with one of the ones AeroLopa have. It shows the window placements and also where the engine/wing start and finish

cos its old, outdated, very few sitting areas. its kinda small and busy at times. most Middle Eastern and Chinese Airlines fly from t4. I used to work in t4. its really not good

I didn’t make a trip to china… I stayed in Qatar. My bag was checked and was 10kg less than the required weight. In terms of rating the airline I’d give it a solid 9. The seat scores a 10, the service scores an 8 and content wise it gets a 9! Anymore questions… do let me know

well Jetblue flies the A321neo, having a first class cabin would only mean more staff, another extra cabin reducing economy even more. business itself wasn't full when I went so I'd imagine first would be absolutely empty

I really think QR is the best option out there unless someone is a massive A380 fan. Great airport, amazing service, great staff! Can’t really think of any downsides to choosing it! Stay tuned for the return leg!

I think it was fairly empty when I went as it was during the summer where temperatures hit the peak. That’s what one of the taxi drivers I had said to me… assuming the winter months will have far more tourists

BA should create a medium haul concept for Larnaca, alongside Tel Aviv, Amman and Cairo. All these destinations are often over 5 hours duration on the return leg to London Heathrow and cannot be considered short haul in the same way as Zurich or Lyon. Indeed historically Cyprus' civil aviation developed precisely because it was part of the Middle East. Cyprus Airways was founded by British European Airways as 'the British airline in the Middle East'.

Wow I never knew about the last part. In terms of medium haul the only problem BA faces is that the aircraft’s they use for these destinations (321N) are fully capable of flying there and fill the seats. The 788 doesn’t necessarily make sense as more crew is needed. The only reason I think service is nonexistent on those medium haul flights is the aircraft lacks an oven so i do hope this changes soon

Haha I was given these from Istanbul whenever I travelled to London! I on the other hand hate these stickers… the new British passports are pretty flimsy so it makes the passports even worse in terms of quality 😭

Thanks! Appreciate it! Surprisingly I myself hate turbulence and get sweaty hands at times 😂. Honestly it wasn’t no way near some of the turbulence I expected. There’s always some weather going on almost everywhere. The best bet is to trust what the pilots have planned out! I’d say around an hour of the flight was bumpy and that was spread out through the flight time. Hope you enjoy the JetBlue experience! 👊🏼
